7.0     CONCLUSION

BCIT has an unparalleled opportunity to make an outstanding impact on the world by extending its expertise and knowledge to the developing world, more specifically, to Africa. We could adopt a village or an educational institute and realize dramatic benefits from this venture. Helpful partnerships and sources of funding could likely be found, which could only enhance BCIT's stature and profile. I recommend action be taken immediately.
